He is survived by: his son Rob Hawkins (Lisa); his son-in-law Andrew Smith (Lori); his grandchildren, William Case, Jeremy Melvin Hawkins (Ashley), Brett Hawkins (Frankie), Taylor Hawkins, Jackson Smith and Emma Smith; and his great grandchildren, Eden Hawkins, Emmie Case, Auri Hawkins and Malakai Doten.
