He is survived by: his wife Kiyoka Yamamoto; his children, Mika Nishimura (Gary) and Alan Yamamoto; his sister Kiyoko Nakama (Toshiyuki) of Japan; and his sister-in-law Haruko Tochioka. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
