He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Kurbikoff and Raymonde Kurbikoff (Goldstein); his wife Mary Ellen; his son Anthony Kurbikoff; and his siblings, Helen Butler, Evelyn De Aguila and Paul Kurbikoff.
He is survived by: his sons, George Jr. of Porter Ranch and Kevin of Granada Hills; his brother Peter Kurbikoff (Maria) of Las Vegas, Nevada; and his sister-in-law Marian Kurbikoff of Beacon Falls, CT.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations may be made to any of the following charities: MEND (Meet Each Need in Dignity), Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, or St. Jude Children Research Hospital, in memory of George.
