We announce the death of Barbara Lowe of Grass Valley, California, who passed away on October 14, 2026. Barbara will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Kettinger and Arlene Kettinger; her pet Lola; her sister Kay Galbraith of Nevada; her children, DeeDee Lowe of Grass Valley, Shari Garger (Steve) of Vacaville, Brian Lowe and Lina Restrepo of Grass Valley; her grandchildren, Natalie, Ian, Devin and Brian; and her husband Brian Douglas Lowe. She was also cherished by animals, and love for her family.
