She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Blanchard and Helen Blanchard; her siblings, Royal Blanchard and Jean Day; and her in-laws, Philip and Karen Bray.

She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Bray; her daughters, Karin (Mark), Anna (Don) and Cindy (Mike); her grandchildren, Tyler, Robbie, Tate, Christopher, Rachel, Emily, Thomas and Mathew; her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Adrian, Benjamin, Wyatt, Nolen, Charolett, Frankie, Luke Royal and Stevie; and her brothers-in-law, Peter (Janice), Thomas (Barbara) and Mike (Sandy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice or to a local community organization meaningful to Jan's life of service.
