He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bolger King of Grass Valley, CA; his children, Sky King of Austin, TX and Katie King of Grass Valley, CA; his daughter-in-law Caroline King of Austin, TX; his granddaughter Athena Litany King of Austin, TX; and his pets, Molly and Ellie King.
