She was predeceased by: her parents, Merritt Musser and Hazel Musser; her husband Garwood Ralph Thoreson; her son Garwood Jr. (Nenita); her brother Arthur; and her half-brothers, Charles and Jimmy Slaughterbeck.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Hershberger (David) and Susan Digangi (Joe). She is also survived by four grandchildren and their spouses, and five great-grandchildren.
