She is survived by: her children, Kevin Smith (Terri) of Chocowinity, NC and Kim Thompson (Ron) of Grass Valley, CA; and her grandchildren, Dr. Lindsay Neutzling, Colin Smith, Ryan Thompson and Jordyn Thompson. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
