He is survived by: his wife Christine Prusia Woodward; his sister Kay Knocke; his brother-in-law Wayne Knocke of Phoenix; his nephews, Scott Lindsay (Stacey) of Harrison, ID and Grant Lindsay (Solitaire) of Phoenix; his siblings-in-law, Kevin Prusia and Amber Manceaux Prusia of Eagle, NE; and his cousins, Beth Armes of Lubbock, TX and Sue Stewart of Dallas. He is also survived by three grand nephews and two grandnieces.
