He was predeceased by : his wife Lucy Sims; his siblings, Phyllis Taylor, Janice Harp and Charles Sims; and his parents, Erton Sims and Laverne Sims.
He is survived by : his children, Dee Dornan (Steve), Linda Neves, John Sims and Sandy Fedele (Peter). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.
