We are sad to announce that, on February 18, 2026, at the age of 101, Elva Oliva Blair of Greenfield, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Iginio Sciaroni and Delfina Sciaroni; her husband Ed Blair; her sons, David, Michael and Mark Blair; and her children-in-law, Cecilia Blair and Albert "Butch" Dani.
She is survived by: her sister Nettie; her aunt Elva; her uncle Eddie; her children, Jeffrey Blair, Nancy Balesteri, Jane Dani and Mary Hughes (Greg); her grandchildren, Christina Williams (Mark), Ben Balesteri (Adrienne), Jessica Blair, Garrett Blair, Mallory Blair (Kolt), Blair Dani (Kanani), Brianne Sanchez (Brandon), Bryan Dani, Marissa SanNicolas (Jay), Hillary Shanahan (Connor), Allyson Regester (Justin) and Amy Hughes; and her great grandchildren, Delaney, Blair, Luca, Stran, Chase, Clay, Kacie, Rylan, Kenley, Luke, Ana, LeeAnn of Ethan, JJ and Reid.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations in Elva's honor be made to Mission San Antonio for the daily needs of the mission at PO Box 803, Jolon, CA 93930 or the Campaign for the Preservation of Mission San Antonio de Padua, P.O. Box 450, King City, CA 93930.
