She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Clark and Melvinia Clark; her husband Rex; her children, Raymond and Laura; and her siblings, Pina, Virginia, Opal, Artie, Jonah and Norman.
She is survived by: her sister Polly; her daughters, Cathy Shaw (Cary) and Nancy Asuncion (Robert); and her caregiver Brianna. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren, and countless extended family.
