“I met Dylan at BMW service. I thought he was an exceptional young man. He was honest, caring and I trusted him. Dylan told me he suffered from Type 1 diabetes and he and I discussed that. He lived in Grover Beach and I live in Pismo Beach. I called BMW service this am and asked for Dylan as he was caring for my car and I was told he was no longer there. I then found Dylan’s last name from their employee roster as I wanted to talk with Dylan. When I googled his name I found the obituary.”
