“I first met Dave and Kathy at their barbeque they hosted for the VTCA Southern California Chapter, aka, Funbirds of Southern California in April 1983. It was my first meeting as a new member, and I was welcomed with hospitality and graciousness.. Later in the 80s Dave became President and Kathy Newsletter Editor. I learned leadership, planning and organization. In particular, how to organize an event. Please accept my most heartfelt sympathies for your loss.”
