In the sacred silence of farewell, Monica is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Monica's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her brothers, Brian and David. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Brown; her son Benignus Brown (Bennie); her mother Joan Greene; and her siblings, Kevin and Ann. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, aunts, uncle, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 9:45 AM. A rosary will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. Gregory's Church (2715 Hacienda St, San Mateo, CA 94403). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 11:45 AM and at 12:45 PM. A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park (888 Lifemark Rd, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019).
