He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Choi Ki Sang and Lam Soo King; his siblings, Choi Wai Lin, Ronald Choi and Choi Tak Lin; his wife Yuet Leung Choi; his children, Edmund and Jennifer; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Isaac and Josephine.
He looked forward to traveling, but the COVID-19 pandemic delayed those plans.
