He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Virginia Rose Foster and Marvin Peter Hiltgen; his wife Lynne Hiltgen; his daughter Thiese Freitas; his son-in-law Gregory Freitas; his son Joshua Hiltgen; his daughter-in-law Brandy Hiltgen; his grandchildren, Blake Freitas, Temperance Hiltgen, Caden Freitas, Rowyn Hiltgen, Dean Hiltgen and Wrenlee Hiltgen; his brother Randy Hiltgen; and his siblings-in-law, Sonia Hiltgen, Jack Allen, Sharlene Allen, Rodney Bairstow and Sue Bairstow. He was also cherished by several nephews and nieces and great-nephews and nieces.
