He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Moxley and Edythe Moxley; and his wife Ola Mae Moxley. He is survived by: his sister Edy Gilkey (Allen); his children, James Moxley (Cheryl), Rick Moxley (Mica) and Danette Bell (Tony); his grandchildren, Heather Novella (Skyler), Jackson James Moxley, Laura Moxley, James L. Moxley and James W. "J. W." Bell; and his great grandchild Nox James Novella.
