He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Henry Fowler and Earlene Fowler; his sisters, Denith Marmeljo and Gladys Gay; and his brothers-in-law, Morris Proctor and Larry Nicholson.

He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his sons, Brent (Ellen) and Justin (Debbie); his grandchildren, Shelby Moss (Anthony), Sarah and Luke Fowler; and his great grandchildren, Eliza and Maya Moss.
