She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gronigen and Alletta Van Gronigen (Tos); her husband Richard Maccagno; her son Richie Maccagno; and her sister Lorretta Matthews.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Maccagno (Arlene) and Rachelle Riggs (Steve); her grandchildren, Hayden Maccagno (Laura), Hannah Maccagno, Brock Riggs (Chloe) and Christine Barker (Blake); her great grandchildren, Camille and Luca Maccagno; her sisters, Martha Ann Hammond and Christine Dykes; and her close friend Mary Hinton.
