He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Hook and Pauline Hook. He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his son Jimmy (Emily); his grandson Kade; and his siblings, Ron (Dolores), Bob (Sharon) of Reno, NV and CarolAnn (Chris). He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews also great nieces and nephews.
