He is survived by: his wife Mabelis Melgar-Chester; his daughter Karly Chester Etzel (Adrian); his grandchildren, William "Liam", Emersyn and Piper; his siblings, Brian Chester (Veronica) and Audrey "Aubby" Chester McCann; his nephew Christopher (Sarah); his great-nephew Jacob; his great-niece Grace; and his pet Kona.
