He is survived by: his wife Lori Natalie Rafanelli; his daughter Carly Nicole Rafanelli (Anthony); his stepdaughter Stephanie Ponzo (Mike); his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Ponzo (Evan) and Faith Ponzo; and his cousins, Joan Walker, Linda Lucciani, Dave Rafanelli and Doug Rafanelli. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
