She is survived by: her children, Laurentino Rivas Castaneda, Elva Rivas of Gonzalez, Genaro Rivas Castaneda, Leobardo Rivas Castaneda and Maria Mota (Maria); and her siblings, Abundio Castaneda Llamas, Benjamin Castaneda Llamas, Celia Cervantes, Alicia Castaneda, Evalia Castaneda and Carmina Sanchez. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
