She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Hope Brown and Jerome Robert Brown; and her brother Jerome Robert Brown Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James "Pat" Fetters; and her siblings, Vickie Kitchen and Jean Brown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
