He is survived by: his wife Kathy Quihuiz (McKinnon); his mother Grace Quiwuiz; his children, Kayla, Shanel, Andria, Kristin and Michael; his grandchildren, Meleana, Aiden, Mercedes, Logan and Everett; his great grandchild Ezra; and his brothers, Chris, Ray, Andrew and Jack.
