She was predeceased by: her father Glenn Hoffman. She is survived by: her mother Clarice Hoffman; her daughters, Shirley (Charley) and Lesley (Danny); and her grandsons, Jake and Sammy. She is also survived by her mother, brothers and sisters and their families, two daughters and two grandsons.
