She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Neal and Naomi Rea Dykstra. She is survived by: her husband William John Farnsworth, Jr.; her children, Kerry Bullington, Kristen Tepper and William John Farnsworth III; her grandchildren, Natasha Farnsworth, Andrew Hubble, Savannah Johnson, Matthew, Michael Hurt, Evan and Jordan Tepper; and her great grandchildren, Brenden, Braxton and Bryleigh Hubble.

Unfortunately due to government restrictions related to the Coronavirus Pandemic, the family is unable to receive friends at this time.
