She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Doman and Sybil Doman; her husband Frank Formica; her son Earl Thomas Formica; and her brother Earl Doman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Verl Doman, Dee Doman, Ellen Larsen and Stephen Doman; her children, Michael Formica, Susan Lovett, Nancy Larkin and Edward Formica; and her pet Ranger. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
