She was predeceased by: her parents, Nels Andersen and Grace Andersen of Houghton Lake, MI; and her brother David of Rockingham, NC.. She is survived by: her husband Marine Lieutenant David M. Pirnie; her children, Michael of McLean, VA and Mary; her son-in-law Keith of Hemet, CA; her sisters-in-law, Margaret of Rockingham, NC and Susan of Chelsea, MI.; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Steven, Erin and Catherine of Colorado.
