She is survived by: her husband Michael Joseph Diaz; her children, Michaela Christina Diaz, Anthony Michael Diaz and Madeleina Jean Diaz; her grandson Leo Michael Ortiz; her sisters, Vanessa Freda-Hernandez (David) and Laura Freda-Fisher (Brad); her nieces, Amanda Freda-Richardson and Erica Hernandez-Reid (Cody); and her nephew Christopher Hanss.
