He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lyons and Virginia Lyons (Storer); and his brother Ronald X. Lyons. He is survived by: his wife Amy Meryl Lyons (Fruchtman); his daughter Katherine Eva Lyons (Katie); his son-in-law Brent Durning; his children, Raye Lyons and Joelle Mickelsen Hammerstad; his son-in-law David Reiner Hammerstad; and his grandsons, Boden James Hammerstad and Paxton Mickelsen Hammerstad.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset View Cemetery & Mortuary (101 Colusa Ave, El Cerrito, CA 94530).
