She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Eugene Higgins and Angelita Victoria Valencia Higgins (Angie). She is survived by: her husband Brian Phillips; her children, Chris Phillips and Kate Phillips; her grandsons, Jayson Phillips and William Phillips; and her brothers, Anthony Higgins (Tony) and Adam Higgins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at 922 New York St, Redlands, CA 92374.
