He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Souza; his wife Jennifer Souza; his daughters, Miranda Souza, Mariah Carrasco (David) and Makayla Souza-Wiggins (Daniyel); and his sisters, Shelbey Horstmeier (Duane), Ashley Lima (Jeff) and Lindsey Oliveira (Michael). He is also survived by family members and friends.
