He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Ray. He is survived by: his wife Linda Zickefoose; his children, Adam Zickefoose and Elizabeth Madulara; his mother Peggy Gregory; his siblings, Becky Walli and Randy Welker; and his granddaughter Adyson Zickefoose.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial contributions be made in Marty's honor to Hilmar First Baptist Church to support the ministries and mission work that were so important to him throughout his life.
