He is survived by: his wife Gloria Matsen; his children, Michelle Matsen, Raquel Matsen, Tim Matsen Jr., Daniel Torres and Bobby A. Torres; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Feitas, Rebecca English and Alexus Rabon.
