He was predeceased by: his parents, Gil Woodall and Virginia Woodall. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Steele-Woodall; his daughters, Leslie Eby and Meredith Garris; his brother-in-law Dave Steele; his niece Cindy Desimone; and his nephew Tim Steele (Dawn). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hope Lutheran Church (2830 May Rd, El Sobrante, CA 94803).
