He is survived by: his wife Donna Lacazotte; his children, Pierre Lacazotte (Betty), Karen Barham (Doug) and Leanne Lewis (Scott); and his grandchildren, Hayley Barham-Snyder (Wyatt), Caleb Barham, Dana, Lily and Jack Hammerstrom.
