She is survived by: her husband Paul Holtzclaw; her stepson Tyler Holtzclaw; her sister Jeanne Hardin (Tom); her nephew Mark Ferriera (Courtney); her great-nephew Kaleb Ferriera; her great-niece Jenna Ferriera; and her brother-in-law Dean Holtzclaw (Bonnie) of Hughson. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the music ministry at Grace Lutheran Church in Modesto, California, in Jo Anne's memory.
