She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Machingo and Martin Machingo; her husband Bill Cayer; and her siblings, John, Martin, Tom Machingo, Mary Berry and Helen Chance.
She is survived by: her daughter MarDee Balswick (Bart); her grandchildren, Brittany, Brielle Balswick, Beau (Audrey) and Benjamen Balswick; her great grandchild Belle Balswick; and her brothers, George, Andrew and Stephen Machingo.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alexander Cohen Hospice House in memory of Josephine Cayer.
