He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Smith (John) of Sutherlin, OR and Brenda Mayberry (Johnny) of Roseburg, OR; his grandchildren, Lisa Cannon (Cecil), Tami Quamme (Robert) of Sutherlin, OR, Jason Mayberry (Amber) of Roseburg, OR and Brittany Ballew (Blake) of Sutherlin, OR; his stepgrandchildren, Julie Smith, Kevin Smith and Lisa Smith; his brothers-in-law, Donald Meadows (Christa) of Modesto, CA and James Madsen of Hughson, CA; and his sister Annetta Winn of Weleetka, OK. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
