She is survived by: her children, Pat, Ann, Pam, Jeff, Voni and Tammera Leanne Miano (Perry); her husband Leroy Clevenger; her daughter Mandy Clevenger; her grandchildren, Laura Bates (Sean), Kayla Miano and Michael Miano; her great grandchild Lillian Wery; her siblings, Pat Hamilton (Don), Pam Andrade, LaVonda (Voni), Lassiter (Roger) and Jeff Holland (Tina); and her brother-in-law Ron Clevenger.
