With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Willa Clydene Cullum (Hughson, California), born in Canyon, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 14, 2024 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Cullum; her parent Clyde Dowell of Arkansas; her brothers, Albert and Gary Dowell; and her siblings-in-law, Janie Cullum Correia, Robin Cullum Atkerson and David Cullum.

She is survived by: her great-nephew Joseph; her niece Shyla Turner-Cullum; her nephew Keith Dowell; and her brothers-in-law, Jeffrey Cullum (Beverly), Jonathan Cullum (Diane), Kevin Cullum (Mary Jane) and Patrick Cullum. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
