He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendall Ford and Edythe Ford. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Lalita Malone (David Malone) and Deborah Dadlani (Michael Heiman); his sister Candy Ford; his nephew Fletcher Smalzel (Rachael Tse); his niece Colby Smalzel; his grandchildren, Keana, Melanie, Natalie, Anjali and Kiran; and his great-niece Avery.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to Samaritan's Purse or Habitat for Humanity.
