He is survived by: his brother Daniel Richard Evans (Carol); his sister-in-law LeeAnn Evans; his nephews, Josiah Evans (Andrea) and David Evans (Sydney); his niece Rachel Proctor (Brandon); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jameson Evans, Ellis Evans, Ember Evans and Delilah Proctor.
