She is survived by: her children, Kerry Kiyohara (Mimy) and Tammy Matsubara (Dale); her daughter-in-law Majken Kiyohara; her grandchildren, Kendall Kiyohara (Arlene), Kalani, Kiana (Stephen Leicht) and Trent; her great grandchildren, Melody, Cadence Kiyohara, Kira and Emi Leicht; and her sister-in-law Terry Nakawatase.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Senshin Buddhist Temple (1311 W 37th St, Los Angeles, CA 90007).
