He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his father-in-law Gerrit Hazeleger; and his in-laws, John, Sue, Hank, Nancy-Lee, Deb, Scott, Annette, Tom, Cindy and Kevin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
