He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ramon Arce and Lupe Arce; his siblings, Raymond Arce, Armando Arce and Gloria A. Moreno; his daughter Elizabeth A. Sules (Richard); his grandsons, Gabriel R. Sules and Michael T. Sules; and his nieces and nephews, Steven Arce, Gary Arce, Derrick Moreno, Deron Moreno, Angelique Moreno and Marilyn Rathgeb.
