He is survived by: his wife Manuela Toro; his children, Tony Toro (Debbie), Fred Toro (Clarissa) of Andrew, SR, Wayne Toro, Barney Toro (Laura), Jo Anne Toro and Maxine Toro (Anthony); his goddaughter Cindy Tortes; his sister Beverly Welmas; his brother-in-law Fred Moreno Sr.; and his children, Manuel, Ronnie, Norman Toro and Virginia Toro.
