He was predeceased by: his parents, Holger and Elizabeth (Gottschalk); his former wife Lucille Fenimore; his grandson Aaron VandeGraaf; and his siblings, Raymond (Bud), Kenneth, Aaron and Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Tona Dorr; his children, Steve (Terry) of Issaquah, Greg (Joel) of Granger, Rich (Pat) of Yakima, Diane Pearson (Dave) of Granger and Mary (Bobby); and his siblings, Anolea (Sissy), Bettye and Donn. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and, 4 great-great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wiley Union Church (2711 Wiley Rd, Yakima, WA 98903).
